What we do

The Flat strives to be a welcoming, non-hierarchical, anti-oppressive space open to anyone wanting to work on their bike. We do not fix bikes, we teach people how to fix their own bike. We also offer workshops on specific aspects of bike mechanics.

The space is free for anyone to use, and everyone is welcome to use the space, attend workshops, volunteer during shifts, and come to collective meetings. You don't have to know anything about bike mechanics, you only have to be interested in learning and eager to teach people.

What We Carry….

New and used parts, brake and gear cable and housing, brake pads, tires, tubes, frames, helmets, patch kits, lights, bells, calendars...
